As enjoyable as it is to be held by both Billy and Steve - especially when they're soaking wet and nearly naked - Eddie's admittedly relieved to rest against the side of the pool, his back against the tiles.
"Are there really that many horny moms out prowling at the Hawkins pool?" If anyone would know, it's these two, he's sure. Moms don't tend to like Eddie very much, horny or otherwise. Something about the hair and the tattoos and the music and the drugs just doesn't sit well with them. Their loss, but then again, who's the one who managed to bag the two hot lifeguards?
He can't help but snort and laugh at the remark as Billy hands them a beer each, shaking his head.
"Yeah, Bill, you're a real sweetheart. I'm surprised you even have the time to hang out with us degenerates between volunteering at soup kitchens and helping little old ladies cross the street." Cracking the beer open, Eddie takes another long sip before setting it by the side of the pool and throwing an arm around Steve's shoulders.
"See, this is why I'm self-employed. I can be a real dick if I wanna be."
Steve probably would’ve has the job as a lifeguard if Billy hadn’t taken his spot and forced him to go to stupid Scoops Ahoy. The tips had been great but it had murdered anything left of his reputation.
“Have you seen the men these poor women are married to? Of course they’re horny.”
Taking a beer, Steve snorts a bit before taking a drink.
“Pretty sure it’s impossible for you to be an ass, Eds. It’s refreshing.”
